A grand release of Clarkson's farm was aired on June 3rd. However, what will season 5 bring to their farm fans?
Since 2021, Top Gear legend -Jeremy Clarkson- has stunned the UK with his farming show. Called "Diddly Squat Farm", the last seasons shared his adventure as a new farmer. Although, Clarkson has faced hardships from: the weather, economy and personal health problems.
Clarkson's farming sidekick, Kaleb Cooper has amused millions. From his likeable and hilarious character, to the endless adventures, the show provides an insight into countryside life. Season 5 shows some sheer challenges. This has ranged from deaths of his herd, to the cost of expensive equipment.

Are driverless tractors astounding audiences?
The famed farmer filmed some upcoming machinery. Driverless tractors stunned viewers, as modern technology was shown on screens. Whilst travelling to the Netherlands, the duo experienced the channel and the high efficiency of Dutch farms. This amazed the pair from the differences in "Diddly Squat Farm", to other ways of farming in the Netherlands. Although, this highlighted the evolution of modern agriculture. Therefore, this poses numerous questions like, will the traditional ways of farming be replaced by autonomous technology? However, only time will tell the future of farming.
What are some key highlights so far?
One amusing point so far is with Clarkson's grotto. Makeshifting his own Christmas event, the deers were bizarrely replaced by goats. Clarkson also created a nativity scene. However, the goats began to be mischievous, as the herd started to eat the doll. The two scenes were separated by a sheet of glass. However farm manager Kaleb Cooper, fell directly in this trap and strolled into it.
Another main part of this season is Clarkson's new species of sheep. His long-term partner, Lisa Hogan, bought a cuddly flock of Valais Blacknose sheep. Notorious for its affectionate nature, the endearing creatures captivated spectators. Although, Clarkson and Hogan comedically clashed about the amount they cost.

Additionally, Jeremy Clarkson participated in the farm protest marches over the inheritance task changes. The Top Gear legend expressed his views against the upcoming law, as he said it is "the end for farmers." He filmed this in the series and showed the rising worry for farming families. Many have stated the new changes will have detrimental effects on the industry and economy of the country. The series shows not only the enjoyable parts of farming life, but the challenges that coincide with it.
The executive producer of the show has voiced his view on the latest season. Andy Wilman stated "Jeremy introduces a new breed of EasyCare sheep that he’s absolutely convinced will behave, which, unsurprisingly, causes chaos. There’s also the madness of him trying to open a Santa’s grotto at the pub and the sheer joy of watching Kaleb go abroad for the first time ever.”
Where can you watch the latest season?
Located on Amazon Prime, the next episodes will be aired between June 10th-17th. Viewers all around the world have been marvelled by the wonders of farm life. But what will the next few episodes bring?
