In these terms and conditions, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘Promoter’ all mean Devote Radio Limited (registered company: 16826715). The Promoter’s address is Devote Radio Limited, Office 1, Izabella House, 24 - 26 Regent Place, Birmingham, B1 3NJ.

Our ‘promotion partners’ are third parties who operate promotions with us or on our behalf.

This Competition closes at 4:30pm BST on Monday 1st June 2026

Prize

The Prize for this Competition is £50.00 (fifty GBP) cash, paid via bank transfer (Faster Payments)

The monetary value of the Prize is £50.00 (fifty GBP)

How to enter

Each individual may enter an unlimited number of times.

This Competition can be entered by commenting on the Competition Post on Instagram.

The Competition Post will be published via the official Devote Radio Instagram account (@thisisdevote).

To enter, you must - 

• be following Devote Radio (@thisisdevote) on Instagram; and
• comment on the Competition Post, tagging at least one (1) other Instagram account.

Additional entries may be submitted by posting additional comments. Each additional comment must tag a different, unique Instagram account.

For the avoidance of doubt, each comment counts as one (1) entry, regardless of how many Instagram accounts are tagged in the comment.

Cost of entry

There is no cost imposed by Devote Radio to enter this Competition.

Your network provider may charge you costs for accessing Instagram or submitting your entry. You must have the bill-payer's permission to enter where applicable. These charges are not set by Devote Radio and any queries should be directed to your network provider.

You may incur costs (such as bank transfer fees) as part of receiving the Prize. Devote Radio is not liable for such costs, and you are responsible for making your own arrangements to pay them. Any queries should be directed to your financial institution.

Who can enter

This Competition is open to persons who, at the Competition closing date, meet all of the following criteria - 

• are aged 16 or over;
• are physically located within the UK; and
• are following Devote Radio (@thisisdevote) on Instagram.

The following persons are not eligible to enter - 

• candidates in any general, national or local election (where the Competition is held at any point during an election or referendum period, as defined by the Ofcom Broadcasting Code); and
• employees, volunteers or contractors associated with Devote Radio at any point during the Competition entry period.

Selection and announcement of winner

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. All entries will be anonymised before selection.

The selected entry will be deemed the winning entry provided that -

• it was submitted within the Competition entry period;
• it complies with these terms and conditions; and
• it was submitted by a person eligible to enter.

If the selected entry does not meet these requirements, it will be disqualified and removed from the draw. A new entry will then be selected at random from the remaining valid entries. This process will continue until a valid winning entry is selected.

The winner will be announced on-air on Devote Radio between 5:00pm BST and 6:00pm BST on Monday 1st June 2026.

Claiming the Prize

We will contact the winner within twenty-eight (28) days of the Competition closing date ("Prize Notification").

To claim the Prize, the winner must comply with the instructions set out in the Prize Notification.

If any Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner fails to respond within the timeframe specified, the winner may be disqualified.

Devote Radio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select an alternative winner.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devote Radio shall not be liable for - 

• costs to enter the Competition charged by third-parties (including, without limitation, network charges and bank fees);
• entries not received due to circumstances outside our reasonable control (including, without limitation, technical failures or entries submitted outside the entry period);
• failure to send a Prize Notification due to circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
• failure by the winner to claim the Prize within the required timeframe.

Confidentiality

You must not, at any time, disclose, reveal, communicate or otherwise make public any confidential information relating to Devote Radio Limited, its business, personnel, agents or officers.

Data Protection and Publicity

Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity. Devote Radio reserves the right to use the names of winners, together with their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them, in publicity material.

Devote Radio reserves the right to make participation in reasonable publicity a condition of receiving the Prize. If this right is exercised and the winner refuses, an alternative winner may be selected in accordance with the Selection and announcement of winner section above.

All personal data relating to entrants will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, and, subject to the above, will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual's prior consent.

Any such disclosure will be subject to applicable UK data protection law and may also be published on our website at the discretion of Devote Radio.

This Competition is governed by English law and all parties submit irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

No information of any nature about this Competition or Prize should be relied upon unless confirmed in writing by Devote Radio.

If any provision of these terms is found to be illegal, invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Unfortunately, scammers may impersonate Devote Radio or its promotion partners. Always ensure that you are interacting only with official Devote Radio accounts.

Devote Radio accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from communication with unofficial accounts.
