What You'll Do

You’re not just “contributing” — you’re building your own podcast.

Create and lead a 10-episode podcast series
Define your concept, tone, and audience
Record and deliver episodes on a consistent schedule
Work with the Devote team on production, branding, and rollout
Turn ideas into conversations people care about
Build something with direction — not just random episodes

What kind of Podcasts are we looking for: (or pitch your own):

Music - scenes, artists, industry, culture
Sport - opinions, analysis, stories beyond the headlines
Fashion - trends, identity, streetwear, culture crossover
Culture - internet, youth, opinions, conversations
Lifestyle - real life, real talk, real perspective

Or bring something completely different - as long as it's clear, consistent, and worth listening to.

You'll be able to:

Work from home and fit the role around college, university, work, or other commitments
Learn and use the Aiir platform to publish all your blogs across the website
Manage your time flexibly while still being part of an active station team
Gain professional experience without needing to be based in from the office
