Station Team Manager
The Station Team Manager is a people-focused role at the heart of Devote Radio. This volunteer position is responsible for supporting, mentoring, and managing a small team of presenters, helping them grow in confidence, skills, and on-air quality.
Alongside team management, the Station Team Manager is also an active presenter, hosting their own radio show on Devote Radio. This means you’ll lead by example — supporting presenters behind the scenes while also being part of the station’s on-air output. The role plays a key part in creating a positive, welcoming, and professional environment for presenters of all experience levels.
