The Content and News Manager is at the heart of Devote Radio's digital presence. You'll oversee all website content and news, ensuring it's accurate, engaging, and resonates with our audience. You'll lead a small but dynamic team of news editors, reporters, bloggers, and content writers, shaping what we publish and how we tell our stories.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all website content and news, from idea to publication.
- Line-manage a team of news editors, reporters, bloggers, and content writers, mentoring them to create high-quality content.
- Vet, edit, and ensure all published material meets accuracy, style, and editorial standards.
- Plan and schedule content to keep the site fresh, engaging, and relevant.
- >Work closely with programming and social media teams to amplify stories and reach audiences.
- Track audience engagement and analytics to inform and improve content strategy.
- Introduce and implement new content ideas to keep Devote Radio innovative and cutting-edge.
You'll be able to:
- Work from home and fit the role around college, university, work, or other commitments
- Learn and use the Aiir platform to publish all news articles and content across the website
- Manage your time flexibly while still being part of an active station team
- Gain professional experience without needing to be based in a studio
