Public File
Local commercial radio stations in the UK have obligations to publish a "Public File", detailing information regarding its programming, news and local content.
Devote Radio is not required by Ofcom to publish a Public File, but we are choosing to, in the interest of transparency, and to show our commitment to our listeners.
If you have any questions or comments, please let us know.
If you have any issues with our broadcast output, please let us know. You can also, if necessary, contact Ofcom

News
Devote Radio broadcasts national news bulletins hourly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at the top of each hour. These bulletins are provided to us by our partners at Radio News Hub
Devote Radio also prepares and publishes news articles on its website. These are prepared by our in-house news team.
Programming
Devote Radio broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Between 7am and 7pm, Mon-Fri ("weekday daytime"), we aim to have no automation and only live presenters. This, however, is not always possible, and pre-recorded and/or automated programming may be broadcast. If no presenter is listed on our schedule page for a particular show, this is a good indicator that output is automated at that time.
Our late night, overnight, and most of our weekend output, is automated. The schedule page at devote.radio will indicate if this is not the case.
Localness
Devote Radio is not bound to any Ofcom Localness guidance, however we will always endeavour to ensure that our output is local and relevant to our target and transmission areas.
How to Complain
Live radio is exactly that, Live. This means mistakes can, and unfortunately do, happen. When we make these mistakes we will always try to take appropriate action as quickly as we can.
Please get in touch with any comments, good or bad, and we will consider them carefully. We will also, where appropriate, do our best to rectify any issues. You can do this here.
If you feel we have not taken the correct or appropriate action regarding a broadcast, you can refer this to the regulator, Ofcom. We politely request that you contact us first so that we may have a chance to rectify any issues.
